Kenneth Ray - Vice President, Technical Services

kenneth rayKen Ray joined Mom’s Meals in 2015 as the Vice President of Technical Services. With over 30 years in similar roles with national food and beverage companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company, Nestle, Mars, John Morell & Company, and others, he brings the qualifications to oversee all aspects of food safety, quality and USDA/FDA regulations.

Ken has achieved certifications in food safety, quality and auditing programs, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) from the International HACCP Alliance; Seafood HACCP from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO); Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA); ASQ Certified HACCP Auditor from the American Society for Quality; Integrated Pest Management from Purdue University; Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University; and SQF Practitioner from Safe Quality Food.

Additionally, Ken earned a MSM in Business Management from Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky, and a BS in Biology & Chemistry from Western Kentucky University.
