Can I order food for my parents if they live in another state?
Yes, through our Self Pay program. We can set up different billing and shipping addresses and can deliver to all 48 continental US states, even to the most remote addresses. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
How do I re-order?
You can re-order by phone or email at email@example.com. A menu is included in each shipment to make re-ordering simple. If you pay independently, you may also order online at www.momsmeals.com.
How do I place my meal order?
If Mom's Meals is your current meal provider, you may place your order by calling, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or if you pay independently, you may order online at www.momsmeals.com. Our customer care team will also contact you when it's time to place your next order.
If I pay for my meals myself, can I leave my credit card on file to reorder weekly with charges going to my credit card?
Yes! It is possible to have a family member arrange for payment to be made every week by credit card and have the shipment delivered to a loved one at a different address. Each week, your credit card will be billed for the next week’s delivery. Call a sales associate today at 1-866-971-6667 to make arrangements and authorize your loved one to order Mom’s Meals. Or, if ordering online, select AUTO SHIP at checkout to set up ongoing shipments.
