Mom’s Meals is a USDA-approved and inspected FRESH food preparation and delivery business dedicated to providing great tasting, nutritionally sound, FRESH meals to our customers. We prepare, package and ship, FRESH, ready to heat meals to a customer’s doorstep throughout the continental United States. All Mom’s Meals meals are prepared in our USDA-approved facility and designed by chefs and dietitians to be great tasting and nutritionally-balanced. You can create your own menu by choosing from many delicious meals (Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners) and have them delivered to your door, FRESH. All meals are packaged utilizing a cutting edge, USDA-approved technology which guarantees your meals will stay fresh in your refrigerator (kept at or below 41° F) for 14 days after you receive your food. No preservatives are added to any meal. Just the best and most fresh ingredients are used in creating each hand-prepared meal!

Mom’s Meals is committed to providing great tasting, fresh meals to all our customers. We offer guidance through the program, promptly answer all your questions and even offer recommendations. Our priority is to make your experience with us both convenient & enjoyable. As a result, our friendly customer service representatives are eager to assist you Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5 PM Central Time at (866) 204-6111 for our Waiver Clients or (866) 971-MOMS for our Private Pay Clients. Our goal is to build a long-term, productive relationship with you as we assist you towards your nutritional needs.
DELIVERY POLICY
Mom’s Meals ships all packages via UPS™ or FedEx. All packages are shipped to the customer under ‘Shipper Release’. This is the process that allows UPS™ or FedEx to leave your package at your doorstep without obtaining a signature from you. Once the package has been left at your door, it is your responsibility. If for some reason this does not work for you and you would rather sign for your delivery please feel free to call customer service and let them know you intend to sign for your delivery. If you choose the ‘Shipper Required’ option, Mom’s Meals cannot be responsible for your food’s freshness if you are not home at the time of delivery and UPS™ or FedEx must deliver your food the next business day.
Mom’s Meals products delivered by UPS™ or FedEx are perishable and should be refrigerated no later than the night of delivery. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond Mom’s Meals control, UPS™ or FedEx may not deliver packages on time and/or packages may get damaged during transit. We make all efforts to securely package our meals with sufficient amounts of gel packs in Styrofoam coolers. Mom’s Meals can only guarantee that packages will be shipped out on time and in excellent condition. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment we send out. However, we cannot be responsible for the delivery service failures on the part of UPS™or FedEx . In the rare event that UPS™ or FedEx fails to deliver a package on time or damages the package during transit, Mom’s Meals cannot be held liable. Customers can file a claim of $100 (what the package is insured for) with UPS™ or FedEx for a missed delivery. In the event of the delivery failures due to weather conditions, no claims can be made, either to Mom’s Meals or UPS™or FedEx . Similarly, any claim for a lost, stolen, missing, and/or damaged shipment is against UPS™ or FedEx and is NOT the responsibility of Mom’s Meals, its officers, members, or employees.
REFUND POLICY
Mom’s Meals meals are shipped on a weekly or every other week basis. Mom’s Meals will NOT issue any refunds for any meals and/or shipments that have already been delivered. Mom’s Meals will only issue a refund for any program, or part of the program, which the customer has successfully cancelled the order by phone before 1 PM Eastern Time the Friday before their next delivery. If you cancel part of your program, you will be refunded for your remaining shipments. Mom’s Meals will issue refunds within 10 business days of a confirmed cancellation. If a cash refund is due, a check will be mailed 2 to 4 weeks after the refund is granted.
If you purchase a program at a promotional rate and successfully cancel part of that program in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, you will be prorated to the regular rate of the specific program you purchased for the portion of the program you have already received or is en route at the time of cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each week, Mom’s Meals will ship your package of food to the address you have requested. Since shipments are done on a weekly basis, we must be notified by phone of cancellation requests by 1 PM Eastern Time the Friday PRIOR to the next delivery date. All cancellations are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. If dissatisfied, please understand that you MUST cancel your service by 1 PM Eastern Time that respective Friday.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Mom’s Meals will do its best to get you every item you requested for your order. Sometimes fresh ingredients may not be available or other circumstances, which require Mom’s Meals to substitute items in your order.
ELIGIBILITY
Individuals with allergies or other special medical conditions are urged to take extra precautions. Mom’s Meals labels most products with the ingredients contained within. If you have adverse reactions to specific foods, it is your responsibility to be sure that you do not eat these foods. Mom’s Meals cannot be held liable for any damages related to allergies or other medical conditions.
