Matt Koopman, Chief Financial Officer, joined Mom’s Meals in 2020. He is responsible for financing activities, capital planning, financial reporting and oversees the data analytics and revenue cycle management teams.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer of OFD Foods and Kansas City Sausage Company. He has also served in various roles of increasing importance at companies, including Tully’s Coffee and Keurig Green Mountain.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Accountancy and Information Systems degree from Arizona State. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for EveryStep.
His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is homestyle meatloaf with potatoes and seasoned vegetables because it is a great comfort food that reminds him of something his mom or wife would make for his family.
