Turkey Rice Medley Meal

My mother, Mary, has moved to assisted living where meals will now be provided so we will not be ordering more. However, I wanted you to know her move was the reason, not because we were unhappy with your meals or service! The service was always great. I just received my first shipment today and I'm very happy. I have cancer and I get so tired. Cooking can be hard (even though I love to cook). It's been so difficult getting the proper nutrition.   • Can I order food for my parents if they live in another state?

    Yes, through our Self Pay program. We can set up different billing and shipping addresses and can deliver to all 48 continental US states, even to the most remote addresses. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

  • How do I re-order?

    You can re-order by phone or email at orders@momsmeals.com. A menu is included in each shipment to make re-ordering simple. If you pay independently, you may also order online at www.momsmeals.com. 

  • How do I place my meal order?

    If Mom's Meals is your current meal provider, you may place your order by calling, emailing orders@momsmeals.com or if you pay independently, you may order online at www.momsmeals.com. Our customer care team will also contact you when it's time to place your next order. 

  • If I pay for my meals myself, can I leave my credit card on file to reorder weekly with charges going to my credit card?

    Yes! It is possible to have a family member arrange for payment to be made every week by credit card and have the shipment delivered to a loved one at a different address. Each week, your credit card will be billed for the next week’s delivery. Call a sales associate today at 1-866-971-6667 to make arrangements and authorize your loved one to order Mom’s Meals. Or, if ordering online, select AUTO SHIP at checkout to set up ongoing shipments.
     

  • What is Auto Ship?

    If you prefer to have your meals sent each week without worrying about placing an order each time, select AUTO SHIP at checkout, and we’ll automatically send a shipment with the meals you selected from your last order. You can update your meals, if needed. When you’re an AUTO SHIP customer, you will save 10% on all of your orders. Your credit card on file will be charged, and if you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can cancel one week before any order is shipped, with no long term commitment!
     

  • Who do I call for questions about my order?

    If you ever have any questions, please contact our customer care team at 866.971.6667 or email us at info@momsmeals.com and your questions will be answered promptly.
     

  • Can I store your meals in the freezer?

    Our meals are designed and packaged to last in the refrigerator for 14 days from delivery. Although meals can be kept in the freezer, we suggest storing them in the refrigerator to ensure the best quality. If you are unable to consume the meals within the 14 days, store them in the freezer; however, be sure to thaw overnight in the refrigerator prior to heating.
