Akif Rahman, Chief Information Officer (CIO), joined Mom’s Meals in 2023. In this role he is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for all technology used at Mom’s Meals. This includes ensuring the use of tools and technologies that make it easier for customers to interact with us.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Akif served in a variety of information technology management roles. This includes serving as CIO at CMC Materials and Old World Industries where he led the strategy and implementation of a digital transformation of the business. He was also the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sakonent Partners where he advised and implemented leading technology applications to companies globally. He has also held roles at Tectonic, Hambra Consulting, Inforte and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Akif received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is creamy macaroni and cheese with vegetables because it tastes incredible and reminds him of his childhood.
