Colin Chrouser

Colin Chrouser, Vice President, Customer Success, joined Mom’s Meals in 2015 and has served as a customer care manager and the director of customer care before being promoted to vice president in 2024. In his current role, Colin oversees the customer care, intake, sales support and new customer implementation teams. He is also responsible for ensuring an incredible customer experience for every client, case manager and partner served by Mom’s Meals. 

Prior to Mom’s Meals, Colin worked for Qwest Communications (now Century Link) as a senior project manager and led enterprise-wide projects including contact center operations, sales operations, reporting and analytics. Also, during his time at Qwest Communications, he held the role of center manager where he led a full call center. 

Colin has served as church Deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sioux Falls, S.D. and as a United Way liaison for Qwest Communications in Des Moines, Iowa.

His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is Swedish Meatballs because it reminds him of a meal that his mom made when he was young.
