Dan Mandolfo, Chief Operating Officer, joined Mom’s Meals in 2012 and has served as Director of Call Center Operations, Director of Client Services and Vice President of Operations prior to being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In his current role, Dan leads the strategic operations planning in addition to all Mom’s Meals operations teams —production, fulfillment, logistics, purchasing, customer care and intake, research and development.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Dan worked at Century Link, formerly Qwest Communications, where he held various leadership roles in consumer sales, service and retention. He has served on the board of directors for the Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum of Natural History and the board of directors for the Business Resource Network. He was also a Cub Scout Den Leader and Youth Group Leader.
His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, potatoes and vegetables.
