Frank Domizio

Chief Information Security Officer

Frank Domizio

Frank Domizio, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), joined Mom’s Meals in 2023. In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing information and data security strategies for the organization. This includes oversight for the protection of digital assets, management of security teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and working across the company to align security initiatives with business goals.

Prior to Mom’s Meals, Frank served in a variety of information security and cybersecurity roles within government agencies. At the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) he was the Deputy CISO, Deputy Director of Cyber Threat and Security Operations and the Federal Lead, CMS Cybersecurity Integration Center. He was also a Philadelphia Police Officer where he was on patrol, a police academy instructor, public information officer and computer crimes investigator.

Frank received his Master of Science degree in Cyber and Information Security from Capitol College and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Security Technology from Drexel University. He is currently the team manager for an AAU Basketball team and has previously volunteered as a computer hardware engineer for People’s Emergency Center where he assembled donated components into working computers that were ultimately used to help bridge the digital divide by helping people in financially depressed regions of Philadelphia find better paying jobs.

His favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is the BBQ chicken because the BBQ sauce was perfect, and the chicken was moist and delicious.
