Heidi Goodman, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, joined Mom’s Meals in 2017. In her role, Heidi is responsible for legal, internal audit, compliance, privacy, and contracting. This includes leading efforts to ensure the organization is adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements for services provided to our partners.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Heidi was in a similar role with UnityPoint Clinic. She has a demonstrated history of working in the health care industry and is skilled in health law, regulatory law, operational leadership, internal audit, compliance, risk management, payer contracting, HIPAA privacy and security, environmental health and safety, information security, health care acquisitions, and medical malpractice.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
