Kathy Kraay, Chief Financial Officer, joined Mom’s Meals in 2025. She brings a strategic and operational perspective to the finance function, overseeing the Finance and Accounting teams and driving the development of scalable processes to support the company’s continued growth. Her responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, controls, treasury, accounting, and platform integration.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Kathy was at Unified Women’s Healthcare, the leading network of affiliated women’s health care providers in the U.S., where she served as the Chief Financial Officer for three years. During her tenure, she helped guide the organization through expansion into new health care verticals and supported growth across its platform. Earlier in her career, she held various finance leadership roles at Service King, contributing through multiple stages of the company’s evolution. She began her career at United Parcel Service, where she helped lead the domestic and international integration of financial operations into a global accounting center.
Kathy holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Dallas. She serves on the Audit Committee of USYS, US Youth Soccer, and supports the Southwest USPAACC, A Pan Asian American organization, with their annual expo.
Her favorite Mom’s Meal menu item is General Tsos Chicken with Vegetables and Rice because it perfectly blends great taste with balanced nutrition.
