Laura Webb

Laura Webb, Vice President, Commercial Strategy and General Manager, Self-Pay, joined Mom’s Meals in 2022. In this role, she leads the development and execution of growth strategies that shape the company’s commercial trajectory and deepen its impact across diverse customer segments. She also oversees go-to-market strategy, planning, and special projects; product strategy and management; the nutrition counseling service line; and self-pay business.

Prior to joining Mom’s Meals, Laura led multi-brand growth at Resonance Companies, where she oversaw direct-to-consumer strategy and marketing across a portfolio of brands. In this role, she also served as General Manager for the company’s largest brand, driving brand strategy, operations, product development, customer experience, and analytics. She has also served as Director of Growth at Luminary Media, where she launched and scaled the go-to-market subscriber acquisition strategy across paid and owned channels. Her experience also includes building and scaling the growth marketing function for SoulCycle, developing industry strategy and customer acquisition initiatives for American Express, and advising Fortune 500 clients as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman.

Laura received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Amherst College.
