Tracy Smith, Vice President, Marketing, joined Mom’s Meals in 2021. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, generate increased demand and deepen customer loyalty.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Tracy was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield where she set brand strategic direction and ensured a robust marketing presence across markets it served. She has also served as Vice President at a regional marketing agency where she built and nurtured strong relationships with the agency’s clients and harnessed agency resources to ensure their marketing success. Tracy also handled integrated marketing for Pella Windows & Doors and was Market Research Manager for Unity Point Health.
Tracy received her Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Upper Iowa University. She is currently a member of the Communications Board for the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
Her favorite Mom’s Meals menu item is the BBQ chicken, potatoes and green beans because it’s just a great, down-home, comfy meal. She loves the green beans because they are tasty and tender-crip. She also has to eat a gluten-free diet, and this is one of the many great options.
