New spring meals 2026

At Mom’s Meals®, our registered dietitians and professional chefs are always collaborating in the kitchen to develop new and updated meals that reflect our commitment to delivering variety, great taste and clinically aligned nutrition. Each option is thoughtfully designed to meet our nutrition standards with supporting better health outcomes.

New and updated meals designed to deliver on flavor and nutrition.

Orange Chipotle Chicken with Brown Rice and Vegetables

Developed to bring a bold, new flavor profile to the menu, this dish also reflects how we evolve existing ingredients to expand variety and meet broader member needs. Chicken is coated in a vibrant orange chipotle glaze made with real orange juice concentrate, delivering a balanced citrus flavor with a subtle kick. Paired with brown rice for complex carbohydrates and fiber, and a Brazilian-style vegetable blend for added nutrients, this meal supports sustained energy, digestive health and overall balance.

Chicken Primavera with Whole Wheat Rotini and Blueberry and Peaches Crisp

As we welcome the fresh flavors of spring, we’re introducing a revitalized take on a seasonal favorite. Our previously offered Ham Primavera returns with a lighter twist, featuring tender chicken in place of ham for a leaner protein option. It’s paired with a vibrant fruit side crafted to deliver a bright, refreshing taste with very little added sugar. Whole wheat rotini and a colorful blend of vegetables help boost dietary fiber while delivering a satisfying, balanced meal.

Meatloaf with Gravy, Whole Wheat Pasta, and Vegetables

This updated version of a comfort classic enhances both flavor and nutritional balance. Tender sliced meatloaf is served over whole wheat rotini, providing whole grains and added dietary fiber. A savory beef gravy infused with parsley, thyme and white pepper replaces the previous ketchup glaze, offering a more balanced flavor profile with less reliance on added sugars. The side of peas and carrots adds essential nutrients to round out the meal.

Pureed Roasted Turkey with Mashed Potatoes and Brown Sugar Carrots

This updated pureed offering reflects our continued focus on improving nutritional alignment while maintaining familiar, comforting options for members with specialized needs. Roasted turkey replaces chicken, supporting a lower sodium profile and an increase in protein which is in line with updated nutrition standards. Paired with smooth mashed potatoes and brown sugar glazed carrots, the meal delivers balanced nutrition in a format designed for consistency, ease of consumption and comfort.

Pureed Chicken and Waffle with Blueberry Sauce

This new addition expands variety within the pureed menu while maintaining consistency and nutritional integrity for texture-modified diets. Inspired by a Southern favorite, this pureed meal features a vanilla-infused “waffle” topped with blueberry sauce, paired with savory breakfast chicken seasoned with brown sugar, rosemary, sage and cayenne pepper. The result is a balanced combination of protein and energy in a format that is easy to consume.
