Produce & Pantry Box FAQs

Each produce box includes 12 pounds of fresh, seasonal mixed fruits and vegetables such as apples, oranges, carrots, peppers and squash. Three options are offered and items in each box vary based on seasonal availability.

Each pantry box includes shelf-stable, low or no-sodium products that are pantry staples of many, simple nutritious meals. The selection includes pasta, rice, canned beans, tomato sauce and more. Products in the allergen-free pantry box do not contain the nine allergens: milk, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts, soybean or tree nuts, sesame and/or sesame oil and are gluten free.

The price of produce and pantry boxes is based on the health plan benefit design. Members should contact their health plan for information.

The boxes can be part of a healthy eating program that blends fully prepared meals with home cooked meals to support good nutrition. In a typical 16-week holistic program, members may initially receive three home-delivered, medically tailored meals each day then transition to fewer prepared meals and more home cooked meals using items from Mom’s Meals produce and pantry boxes.

Members should contact their health plan for information about getting home-delivered produce and pantry boxes.
