Mom’s Meals, the nation’s most comprehensive food as medicine solutions provider, announced the addition of three senior leaders across finance, research and development, and data and analytics. These appointments strengthen the company’s ability to scale innovative meal solutions, deepen impact measurement and meet growing demand for food as medicine programs nationwide.

Kathy Kraay, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kathy Kraay brings more than two decades of financial and operational leadership in health care and service organizations. Kraay most recently served as CFO at Unified Women’s Healthcare, where she helped guide the organization’s expansion into new care verticals and strengthened its financial infrastructure. She previously served as CFO at Service King Collision Repair, supporting its growth to more than 340 locations, and held leadership roles at UPS, integrating domestic and international financial operations into a global system.
Luis Martinez, Vice President of Research and Development
Luis Martinez will serve in a newly created role designed to accelerate meal innovation and advance the company’s nutritious, scalable food as medicine solutions. Martinez brings more than 18 years of leadership in food science and product development. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development and Commercialization at Rubix Foods, leading innovation across custom flavors, ingredients, and functional food solutions for major restaurant and food manufacturing brands.
Bonnie Phillips, Vice President of Data and Analytics
Bonnie Phillips brings more than 30 years of experience in health care analytics, outcomes research, risk adjustment, payment integrity and enterprise data strategy. She has held senior roles at Blue Cross NC, Cityblock Health, Cotiviti and Elevance (Anthem), where she led modernization of data platforms and built high-performing analytics teams that supported measurable health outcomes.
