Mom's Meals® Presence At n4a Virtual Conference and Trade Show

September 22, 2020

Mom's Meals is proud to be an opening general session sponsor in this year's National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) Annual Conference (September 21-24). One of the largest online gatherings of local leaders in aging, n4a provides Mom's Meal with a platform for highlighting the importance of nutrition for one of America's most vulnerable populations - people who require services to manage and maintain their health, and remain in their homes.

As a leading provider of home-delivered meals nationwide, Mom's Meals offers meals tailored to meet the needs of individuals with chronic conditions, like diabetes, kidney disease, cancer and heart disease. Clients can choose their meals from a broad menu of nutritious and flavorful options, and have the fully-cooked, ready-to-heat meals delivered direct to their homes.

"Our meals support many common health conditions," said Mike Anderson, president of Mom's Meals. "Our goal is to ensure nutrition is accessible by all, which ultimately leads to better health outcomes. Case managers play a pivotal role in helping aging adults, in particular, get the services they need to maintain their dignity and independence."

This year, Mom's Meals will provide n4a conference goers with experience-based learning opportunities-from new resource on how health plans and policymakers are addressing food insecurity during COVID-19; to a virtual cooking demo and Facebook Live Q&A with renowned nutritionist and chef Ellie Krieger; to the unveiling of Mom's Meals Community Champion program, which spotlights case managers who have gone above and beyond to positively impact their communities and the clients they serve.

Although these special initiatives have been designed especially for those attending this year's n4a Annual Conference, they are available for everyone at www.momsmeals.com
