How Do I Get Home-Delivered Meals?

Answering “yes” to any of the questions below may indicate eligibility for home-delivered meals from Mom’s Meals at little or no cost, through government assistance or a health plan benefit!

Pregnant and diagnosed with diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, or gestational)?
Age 65 or older?
Living with a disability?
Needs assistance with grocery shopping or meal preparation?
Enrolled in Medicaid or a Medicare Advantage plan that includes a meal benefit?

Members of New Mexico Medicaid (Turquoise Care) or select Medicare Advantage plans may qualify for home-delivered meals through Mom’s Meals.
