Packaging & Delivery

At Mom’s Meals®, every step of our process from order to delivery is held to the highest standard. Each order we receive is packed with care in a custom-designed cooler in such a way to minimize damage and ensure safe, cool temperatures throughout transit.

All deliveries are made directly to the client’s home via our Mom’s Meals route drivers or our third-party partners, who have been vetted to provide the same quality and service our clients have come to expect from Mom’s Meals.

Our packaging is made from recycled materials and we encourage you to reuse or recycle our packing supplies. Check recycling rules in your area.

Customer Care

Our customer care team is one of the best you’ll experience. We specifically look for individuals who have a passion for and are compassionate towards those we serve. They understand and live by our mission, recognizing that doing their jobs well is important to ensuring that our customers eat. Each member of our customer care team undergoes extensive training prior to taking orders and answering questions from our customers.

We look at our customers like they are family. We genuinely care and personally reach out to them with each order to ensure satisfaction. Our customers often tell us how much they appreciate our customer care team members and that they look forward to hearing from them each week. We love this and see it as a great opportunity to check in on their well-being as well.

A self-pay customer is paying for meals out of their own pocket or using an over the counter (OTC) or healthy food benefit card.

A covered benefit customer is receiving meals as part of a benefit program funded by a third-party. It could be a chronic care, post-discharge or long-term care program funded by their Medicaid or Medicare Advantage health insurance provider or other government program. The recipient of the meals is not paying for meals out of their own pocket.

Food as Medicine

Nourishing the body with the right foods can make a difference in one’s health and is essential to managing a chronic illness, maintaining independence, and avoiding hospital and nursing home stays.
