As VP of Human Resources, Kelli is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for Mom’s Meals. Her areas of focus include talent acquisition, training and development, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and compliance at the organization. Her work is essential to ensuring Mom’s Meals hires, trains, and retains the best talent available – all while fostering a supportive, equitable, and safe working environment for every member of the organization.

Kelli’s progressive experience in HR includes 24 years in the food industry, beginning as a HR coordinator at a Midwestern family-owned grocery store chain (B&R Stores) and eventually becoming VP of Field Human Resources & Recruiting at Reinhart Foodservice, a Reyes Holdings company.

Kelli is a Cum Laude graduate of Doane University. In her spare time, she enjoys decorating,                                                               lakeside recreation, and spending time with her husband, two boys, and three dogs.
